  2. Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational, reporting, and administrative functions of the financial planning team, ensuring maximum efficiency and an excellent member experience.

  3. Compliance Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational compliance and conduct regular quality monitoring of advice meetings and files to uphold our high standards.

  4. Reporting and Insights: Provide timely and insightful reporting on financial planning activities, including advice quality, compliance, productivity, and member satisfaction.

  5. Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve advice complaints with professionalism and adherence to Hostplus' policies and protocols.

About You

  1. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and leading a financial planning team to achieve key performance areas.

  2. Educational Excellence: Meet FASEA education requirements, including passing the FASEA exam.

  3. Professional Registration: Registered as an existing adviser on the ASIC Financial Advice Register between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2018, and a registered tax (financial) adviser with the Tax Practitioners Board or relevant tax and commercial law units completed.
