Health Food Store Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team at our health food store. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Offer product recommendations and educate customers on the benefits of our health food products.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, including restocking products, merchandising displays, and keeping the store tidy.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in merchandise, and monitoring stock levels.
- Participate in the preparation of in-store promotions and events.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for health and wellness products.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
