About This Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at our South Wharf DFO VIC location. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring they receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our latest products and promotions to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by efficiently managing stock levels and implementing effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that reflects the Country Road Group's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with your store team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

What We Offer
