We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our registered nurses to deliver high-quality care that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Your duties will include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and feeding, as well as promoting independence and dignity among our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and feeding
  • Support residents with mobility issues to promote independence and safety
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that enhance their mental and physical well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver person-centered care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and compassionate nature. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
