Job Title: Seasonal Retail Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that all displays and fixtures are well-presented and appealing to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, supporting each other to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Assist with receiving and processing stock, including unpacking, pricing, and restocking shelves
  • Perform other tasks as required by management, such as cleaning and maintenance of the store environment

Requirements:

  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
  • An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
