Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
The Facilities team at Northcott supports the business with all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring safe work and living environments for staff and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing work requests and liaising with contractors to obtain quotes and commence works.
- Traveling between Northcott sites to undertake site inspections and maintain consistent high standards.
- Ensuring plant and equipment at Northcott sites is functioning correctly and maintained according to regulations.
- Providing ongoing efficient service delivery.
About You
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management and maintenance.
- Trade qualification (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of relevant building classifications, standards, laws, and regulations impacting areas of facility management and disability services.
- Understanding of WHS legislation.
