As a Data and Analytics Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through innovative data strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading high-performing teams and developing outcome-driven initiatives that drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the data analytics team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement data-led best practices across the organization, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key agency partners, embedding data-driven insights into digital channels.
  • Support major data initiatives and digital assets across the organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Research and Insights team to integrate third-party data, driving informed decision-making and reporting.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a data and analytics function, preferably in-house or at an agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery), business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss data needs with non-technical stakeholders.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders, managers, staff, and contractors.
