Retail Team Member Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate retail professional to join our team as a key member of our retail operations. As a retail team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating a high-performance culture, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all store areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support across various areas within our stores, including customer-facing and back-of-house operations
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service standards throughout pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale interactions
  • Contributing to enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand experience by assisting with merchandising and product presentation on the sales floor
  • Aiding in the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, adhering to established receiving procedures
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm, passion, and motivation in your work
  • Focusing on delivering exceptional customer-centric results
