Job Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced sports coach to deliver the Secondary School Sports Program for the upcoming season through football coaching.

The role will involve working with students from Years 7-12, developing their skills and promoting a love of sport in a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to students in Years 7-12
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve student skills and performance
  • Mentor and support students to reach their full potential
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents and staff to promote a positive and supportive team culture
  • Contribute to the development of the school's sports program and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum community coach level accreditation or relevant experience in youth football
  • Passion and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring in a school sport environment
  • Ability to model the school's values and behaviours and uphold the Code of Conduct
  • Current Working with Children Check clearance
  • Level 1 First Aid accreditation (HLTAID011) or willingness to obtain
