Pest Control Specialist

Our pest control services cater to the needs of residential and commercial clients across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify potential pest infestations or signs of pest activity.
  • Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Utilize various pest control methods, including trap setting and baiting, to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
  • Measure areas requiring treatment and create barriers to prevent pests from entering buildings.
  • Generate customer service reports detailing treatment outcomes and recommendations for future pest control measures.

Work Standards and Expectations:

  • Deliver high-quality service with minimal call backs by ensuring accurate product application and adherence to standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with customers and in-house auditors to monitor and improve commercial pest control services according to HACCP standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a current Queensland pest management license.
  • Possess a valid full driving license.

Desirable Experience and Attributes:

  • Demonstrate at least one year of experience working as a general pest technician.
  • Hold a timber pest license, although training can be provided for the right candidate.

Personal Qualities and Behavioural Traits:

  • Exhibit passion for the pest control industry.
  • Display excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
