Key Responsibilities:

  2. Prepare comprehensive quotes with precise pricing for both current and potential clients.
  3. Ensure compliance with product rotation and code policies.
  4. Facilitate the successful sale, distribution, and positioning of all Cavbeer products.
  5. Assist in showcasing merchandise during peak seasonal launches to retail chains.
  6. Support the reorganization of chain store layouts.
  7. Participate in the setup and breakdown of special events and festivals.
  8. Focus on increasing product sales and expanding the range of product lines in retail accounts.
  9. Identify potential customers and devise strategies to engage them.
  10. Conduct tastings, beer dinners, and promotional events regularly or as needed.
  11. Provide coverage for Sales Representatives during their absences.
  12. Stay informed about company initiatives and industry developments.
  13. Maintain accurate check-in records and invoices.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Ensure effective collection of accounts receivable in line with corporate credit policies.
  16. Address customer inquiries related to credit, delivery, product details, and other concerns.
  17. Achieve monthly targets related to business activities.
  18. Maintain a consistent schedule of weekly meetings with accounts in the assigned territory.
  19. Participate in monthly meetings with the District Sales Manager.
  20. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Cavbeer products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a high school level or above.
  • Thorough understanding of traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage information and merchandise effectively.
  • Professional communication with supervisors, Sales Representatives, and customers.
  • Accurate reading, counting, and writing skills for documentation.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Ability to navigate using maps and GPS technology.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends for special events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment for order fulfillment.
  • Capability to handle products typically weighing several pounds.
  • Ability to bend and stoop as needed.
  • Professional communication with supervisors and customers.
