About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our Wellbeing team as a School Counsellor. As a member of our team, you will provide psychological support to students, working closely with teachers and other staff to promote the emotional, social, and educational development of our students.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the psychological needs of young children and experience in working in a school environment. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, providing a high level of support to students and staff.

The School Counsellor will be responsible for providing individual and group counselling sessions, as well as developing and implementing programs to promote student wellbeing. They will also work closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to support students with specific needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the Christian ethos of the College and be able to provide a Working With Children Check Clearance Number and their date of birth prior to commencing.
