This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing compassionate care and support to patients.
You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centred care. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility, as well as providing emotional support to patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also need to have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records.
