Job Description: As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient records, supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team, handling payments, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, booking appointments, and managing patient records
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks
  • Handle payments, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous reception or customer service experience (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a great customer focus
