Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled educator to create a stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with regulations at all times.
  • Plan, implement, evaluate, and reflect on high quality educational programs.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Implement organisational policies.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Centre Director.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  2. Accredited Child Protection Training, CPR, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training certificates.
  3. Ability to plan and implement early childhood programs.
  4. Sound understanding of Education and Care Services National Law & National Education and Care Services Regulation.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Hold valid National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check.
  7. Previous experience in child care setting preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
