Are you an organised detail-driven team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support? We seek a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support sales staff with administration tasks by processing and managing sales orders, rental agreements and contracts
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of products and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records across multiple internal systems
  • Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a sales or rental administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential and prior experience with ERP systems is considered an asset
