Role Overview

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will work with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. Your clinical expertise will be applied in a holistic care approach to manage their journey from rehabilitation to recovery.

You will work closely with clients to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans, supporting them to return to their job or find a new one and live a fulfilling life.

A Unique Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to support Defence Force personnel who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma. You will be part of the team that helps them get fully fit and military ready to defend and protect Australia.

Our Support

You will be supported and mentored through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (including ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise and enable your success.

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning nous
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Experience in conducting various clinical assessments
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
