Leading Optical Practice Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations and practice administration including appointment scheduling, inventory management
  • Dispensing optical products to patients
  • Training of team members
  • Maintaining business performance
  • Collaborating with optometrists/directors

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Optical Dispensing
  • Retail management experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
