Program Details

This graduate program is open to graduates from all faculties who graduated in 2024 or 2025. The program includes:

  • Tailored graduate program to suit your career goals, focused on full supply chain exposure
  • 12 month rotational program with a permanent role at the end
  • Deeply understand our product and obtain qualification related to AUS Meat Beef Specifications

You'll be based at our major processing site in Inverell with travel to other sites. To be successful, you should have:

  • A Bachelor degree (or higher) completed in 2024 or 2025.
  • A quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills, ability to coordinate and plan, and work autonomously.
