Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our team as Early Childhood Educators.

This role is ideal for individuals who share our passion for shaping the early childhood education and care experience for young minds.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Developing and implementing play-based learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  3. Engaging with children, families, and educators to build strong relationships and promote a sense of community
  4. Conducting safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests
  5. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience in engaging with young children
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
