We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Personal Injury Paralegal or Grad Lawyer-CTP/Public Liability/TPD. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a reputable national plaintiff law firm.
Job Description:In this key role, you will be working closely with an outstanding Special Counsel to assist in achieving justice for plaintiff clients focusing mainly on CTP/motor vehicle accidents (approximately 60%) plus some public liability and TPD (approximately 40%). You will be actively involved in case management of legal cases from start to finish, including researching and preparing court documents, interviewing witnesses, and conducting investigations.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of organization, communication, and analytical skills. Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, preferably with experience in NSW CTP claims;
- A solid understanding of practice procedures involved in a NSW CTP claim;
- Proactive attitude and a 'can-do' approach;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
