Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our Clinical Operations team at George Clinical.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team.

The Senior Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for coordinating site identification, feasibility assessment, and selection, as well as monitoring visits and reporting.

The role involves negotiating site budgets, coordinating contract execution, and ensuring timely site payments, as well as motivating and training investigators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or biological science, and ≥5 years' experience in clinical trial monitoring and/or site management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site identification, feasibility assessment, and selection.
  • Negotiate site budgets, coordinate contract execution, and ensure timely site payments.
  • Motivate and train investigators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
  • Manage trial sites using on-site and off-site activities, including verification of quality, accuracy, completion, and timeliness of data.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and has a keen interest in clinical research.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a global team, and a strong background in clinical research.
