Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Lead to take on the role of Co-Lead for one of our landmark projects in the Sydney Region.

The Project Overview

This project involves facilitating the timely and efficient construction of a large-scale development. As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring it stays within budget and timelines.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Co-lead the project alongside the Project Manager, taking charge of both the construction and commercial outcomes.
  • Liaise with the planning team to manage the project's 4-week lookahead programme.
  • Attend internal meetings to report progress and resolve any issues that arise onsite.
  • Communicate daily with contract administrators and planners to ensure seamless project delivery.
Your Experience and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or construction management.
  • Minimum 7 years postgraduate experience managing structural trades.
  • A collaborative nature and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
