**Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Assistant/Trade Support Specialist to join our busy Workshop in Kalgoorlie, WA. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient inventory management, assisting with various workshop tasks, and supporting our Service Technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform general stockroom housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Conduct yearly stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory control.
  • Handle receiving, receipting, picking, packing, and dispatch of spare parts and materials.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and manage dispatch logistics.
  • Operate forklifts safely and effectively.
  • Assist Service Technicians with tasks such as basic assembly and disassembly, painting, and sandblasting as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A strong safety focus and excellent communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative.
  • A Class C Manual Driver's License.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Mechanical experience or background is desirable.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, reference checks, police checks, and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.
