Job Description

This role involves managing client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance. As a Help Desk Team Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that each client's request is addressed promptly and efficiently, from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Answering incoming calls from multiple clients
  • Ensuring requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Analysing client needs and implementing effective strategies to respond
  • Measuring costs against established service provider guidelines
  • Verifying and tracking work orders to completion
  • Approving invoices, arranging payment, and managing vendor queries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment
  • A good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • A desire to make your mark in the property industry and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A background in or understanding of property would be beneficial
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
