Aurecon is seeking a talented Graduate Consultant to join our Commercial Advisory team. As a trusted partner to national clients, you will develop a deep understanding of their challenges and co-create innovative solutions to shape the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with business consulting projects to improve organisational functions and/or large scale, multi-year programs through transformation, problem-solving and creating innovative and fit for purpose solutions.
  • Develop deliverables in a fast-paced environment and present to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Use data and extensive analytics to better understand client problems, requirements and advise on pathways to solutions.
  • Assist with commercial, program and project diagnostic assurance reviews to identify issues and drive improvements.
  • Manage engagements and establish relationships with teams & client personnel.

Requirements:

  • Graduating soon with a formal qualification in Business, Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Technology, Science, Engineering or related degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling delivery of exceptional quality deliverables, reports and presentations.
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
