Job Description

We're seeking a Retail Technology Delivery Lead to join our Global Retail and Merchandising Systems IT department. As a leader, you will drive the development and delivery of retail technology initiatives, ensuring schedules align with business priorities and IT resources are utilized effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and maintaining a roadmap and schedule of technology change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to develop business cases for retail technology change.
  • Communicate with application development partners to maintain delivery schedules and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the delivery of technology change into stores, leading technology deployment teams and business change.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a project lead role with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of technology principles and retail operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt under pressure while making informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal skills for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
