As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people with disabilities achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Your daily routine will be varied and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You may assist clients with activities such as:

• Going out for the day or attending medical appointments
• Providing companionship at home, helping with daily tasks and ensuring their well-being

To be considered for this role, you must possess certain skills and qualifications, including:

• A reliable vehicle
• High care experience
• Extensive mental health experience
• Trauma-informed care and experience working with AOD participants
• Cert III in Disability or equivalent experience
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid/CPR certificates
• Full and clean Australian driver's license
• Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills
• Empathy and a genuine interest in working with people with disabilities

This is a casual position requiring shift work, including afternoons, days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
