We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing UPS products and systems for critical power applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform site inspections, commissioning, and testing of critical power systems
  • Install and maintain critical power equipment, including UPS products and systems
  • Liaise with project management to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers and technical staff
  • Respond to emergency repair requests and provide 24/7 standby support
Requirements:
  • Grade Electrician qualification
  • 5 years' experience in a technical role servicing electrical or power electronics equipment
  • Diploma or degree qualification in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or industrial automation
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven experience writing reports
