Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Port Pirie, providing support to our multi-discipline team in delivering Allied Health services to patients/clients of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network Community Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of Allied Health services to patients/clients, under the supervision of an Allied Health professional.
  • Apply specialized clinical screenings and patient treatments, under direction, to patients with complex needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks directly related to patient interventions or episodes of care.
  • Participate in group-based therapies and education sessions for patients with diverse and complex needs.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Qualifications and experience in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
