The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of securitisation markets, credit analysis, and transaction structuring across various asset classes. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to represent the company externally and provide clear, insightful commentary to stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the rating of highly complex new transactions, providing guidance and mentoring to the team, and managing queries from issuers, bankers, and investors. You will also contribute to ad hoc projects, reporting, and authoring of reports.

- Lead the rating of highly complex new transactions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the team throughout the execution of new transactions and ongoing surveillance.

Requirements:
- Deep understanding of securitisation markets, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Interest in managing and mentoring staff (previous experience preferred but not essential).
