About the Role

UCC Coffee ANZ is a coffee company with integrated operations spanning supply, manufacturing, service, and sales. It operates at scale in a commercially dynamic environment, supporting market-leading brands across various industries.

This role combines end-to-end credit responsibility with hands-on execution, coaching, and process optimisation for Toby's Estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of Toby's Estate credit ledger, including reconciliations, collections, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Monitoring and assigning tasks within the shared inbox and credit queues
  • Providing daily support to the credit team
  • Leading short team huddles every few days
  • Driving process improvements and efficiency gains

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in transactional credit or credit controller roles, experience managing an end-to-end ledger independently, and a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.
