Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a group working across the full technology stack, taking end-to-end technical ownership of features.

You will shape architectural decisions, review code, and provide mentorship support while contributing directly to production code.

  • Lead from the front, helping solve real problems and stay close to the code.
  • Architect and implement scalable systems across the full stack.
  • Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
About the Job

This is a key position that requires 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior developer role. You should be comfortable working across the full stack and have excellent communication skills.

You will own the successful delivery of software aligned with customer and business outcomes, have the opportunity to shape our tech stack and architecture, and collaborate closely with hardware, product, and operations teams.
