Victoria Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Victoria Disability Support Specialist to join our team at InLife Independent Living. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with individuals who require 24/7 assistance due to physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability, or autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
- Assist clients in developing and maintaining daily routines, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting social interaction and community engagement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in disability support, with experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Full drivers' license and willingness to drive clients' vehicles
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check clearance
