**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive sales and guest experience targets
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
About the Role:
- Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines, and standards
- Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
- Achieving sales and guest experience KPIs
- Keeping a close eye on the progress of the service department
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
- Being transparent and honest with the customer with estimated completion times and providing updates as required
- Evaluating customers' expectations throughout the experience
- Providing support to other service advisors
- Assisting Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor who possesses:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a dealership service advising position
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff
- Ability to neutralise conflict
- Strong focus on upselling and achieving the highest customer experience surveys
