About the Role

  • Lead a team of bakery staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or bakery environment, with a strong understanding of fresh food retail operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
