Job Overview:

As a Senior Service Technician with Synaco Global Recruitment, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, retrofits, crane installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform detailed inspections on all makes and models of cranes
* Carry out repair, complex modernisations, and installation jobs on non-standard equipment
* Identify and source parts from the technician price guide and have a good understanding of the Spare Parts Portal
* Offer large repair and modernisation solutions to customers
* Attend emergency breakdowns, identify and repair faults on non-standard cranes
* Support and train level 1 and 2 Technicians
* Have a detailed understanding of Australian Standards

Requirements:

* Electrical Licence or Mechanical Trade Certificate & Restricted Electrical Licence
* Current and Valid Driver Licence
* Working at Heights competency
* Elevated work Platform Ticket
* Broad knowledge of relevant Australian Standards
* Ability to work with computer programs: Outlook, Excel and word
* Ability to communicate well with clients and team

Desired:

* Experience with overhead cranes
* Prior experience in a cranes company or a good understanding of cranes

Note: Pre-employment medicals (D&A testing) will be conducted if successful
