Childcare Educator

Our organization seeks an educator who shares our vision of contemporary educational practices. This casual position requires collaboration with parents and caregivers to support each child's unique needs and interests, fostering strong communication and time-management skills.
This role involves:
- Implementing a curriculum aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of educational programs
- Establishing positive relationships with parents and caregivers through effective communication
- Developing and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students
- Monitoring and recording student progress to inform future education strategies
Key qualifications include:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
- Ability to work varied days and shifts as required by the organization
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
