We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Cosentino, a world-leading producer of architectural and decorative surfaces. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our clients across the territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the kitchen and bath industry. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth and retention.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Providing expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience when working with us.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience in the kitchen and bath industry.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles, including consultative selling, relationship building, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
