Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated mentor to support individuals with disabilities in unlocking meaningful employment opportunities. As part of our inclusive employment team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with jobseekers, employers, and community groups to achieve real outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with jobseekers to understand their strengths, skills, and employment goals
  • Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities
  • Provide tailored guidance and support to individuals seeking employment within diverse communities

Requirements:

  • WWCC prior to commencement
  • The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)
  • Pass a police check
  • A driver's license and access to your own car
