Business Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team. As a key member of the business banking team, you will play a critical role in assisting micro business customers with their lending needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our business customers. This includes providing product information, helping with self-serve options or arranging for a virtual meeting with one of our Business Lenders or Managers.

You will also be responsible for supporting sales and business development for our Customer teams to support business customers in the financial needs of their business.

Key capabilities and experience include:

  • Understanding of banking products and services - ideally including business banking products and services
  • Ability to proactively undertake needs-based conversations presenting relevant solutions
  • Strong customer service and relationship focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use and operate multiple systems concurrently
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • WebChat/Livechat experience desirable
