Procurement Leader

The Head of Procurement & Network is responsible for overseeing procurement activities, supplier management, and the Assistance Network strategy in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves ensuring all procurement processes meet organisational needs while maintaining compliance with relevant company policies, laws, and regulations.

This position requires adaptability to regulatory requirements of both countries, aligning procurement approaches with the group's process, and driving local Assistance Provider Network development in partnership with Group Network leadership.

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for travel insurance and assistance services.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best terms and pricing.
  • Perform pre-onboarding and ongoing due diligence on suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery and address any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular review of supplier performance.
  • Develop exit plans and oversee migration processes.
