Bupa is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our modern care home in Sydney's Hills District. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-first care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective care to residents under the direction of the Clinical Care Team
  • Ensure accurate medication administration and best practice wound care
  • Support the Clinical Care Manager with the management of EN ACFI assessments
  • Participate in person-first care planning and evaluation for residents
  • Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines

Requirements

  • Diploma of Nursing (Endorsed)
  • Current registration with AHPRA is essential
  • Experience in delivering personal care within an aged care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good clinical observation skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
