About the Role

Xaana.Ai is inviting high-performing recent graduates to join the Turium engineering team — working at the forefront of enterprise AI, automation, and large language models in real-world applications.

Turium is a suite of AI products that power quantum AI, secure enterprise automation, and generative AI applications. As a software engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, AI scientists, and product teams to build secure, high-performance applications deployed across government and critical industries.

This opportunity is ideal for technically strong candidates with a distinction-average GPA or higher, seeking to launch their career in Enterprise AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build responsive, accessible UIs with TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS.
  • Develop secure backend services using Python.
  • Design and implement GraphQL and REST APIs for AI-driven workflows.
  • Work alongside the AI team to fine-tune, integrate, and deploy LLMs into real products.
  • Support the engineering of LLM pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and automation agents.
  • Assist in building secure identity/authentication layers (SSO, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
  • Collaborate across AI/ML, product, and UX teams to create intelligent, real-time experiences.
  • Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and model deployment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 6.0 (Distinction average).
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, and LLMs.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn fast.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
