About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Workforce Australia team as an Employment Partner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating opportunities for individuals to gain employment and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  • Increase participants' employability through training and other support services.
  • Source employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
  • Assist participants with resume development, job applications, and interview preparations.
  • Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants at work and beyond.
  • Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into employment.
Requirements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed planning, coordination, and time management skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Interest in sales and marketing techniques.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new computer systems.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements.
  • Current driver's license where required.
