About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Manager to join our team at FCBT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our clients' total travel program, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement travel programs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of our clients' travel, including booking, itinerary management, and post-trip reporting.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of travel programs and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate travel management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with a strong understanding of travel technology and its applications.
