Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to lead our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships, leading high-performing project teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences on high-profile engagements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead various financial projects working directly with clients across multiple industries, including finance, treasury and advisory services.
  • Execute projects end-to-end, including strategy development, problem-solving, coaching teams and budget management.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial products and services.
  • Understand the evolving factors affecting our clients' businesses and develop a network of professional relationships.
  • Take ownership of preparing and communicating high-quality client deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work while maintaining compliance with quality and risk management principles.
Skillset Required:
  • Relevant degree and professional qualifications relevant to Finance, Risk or Treasury, such as CAANZ or CFA (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Consulting or Assurance at a professional services firm.
  • Strong desire to drive revenue growth through opportunity identification, relationship building and market expansion.
  • Excellent understanding of financial product cash flows and the Financial Services industry, preferably within Australia and New Zealand.
  • Advanced business writing skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Good capability in technical finance and risk matters, as well as treasury expertise.
