">Job Title: Quality Assurance Partner QLD

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Partner QLD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our centres.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Visits: Conduct regular centre visits to assess compliance and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Fact-Finding and Reporting: Lead fact-finding processes and report on critical incidents or complaints, providing timely and actionable recommendations for resolution.
  • Capability Building: Develop and deliver coaching and education programs to build capability across our teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Standard and Education and Care Services National Regulations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Centre Leadership Position within the Australian Early Childhood Sector.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Acecqa approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma or higher).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Centre Leadership Position within the Australian Early Childhood Sector.
