  • Work safely to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, following established policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly desirable.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a diverse range of people.
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • Reliability and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
