Nurse Unit Manager Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for promoting quality customer service and excellence in patient care by leading by example and mentoring staff. The successful candidate will provide leadership and implement clinical and operational strategies in alignment with the local service plan, while upholding and promoting the Mission and Values of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have AHPRA Registration and recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and advance the clinical specialty as a centre of excellence through education and research initiatives.
- Promote quality customer service and excellence in patient care by leading by example and mentoring staff.
- Provide leadership and implement clinical and operational strategies in alignment with the local service plan.
